MYSTAYS HOTEL MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. Handling of Personal Information

The personal information we acquire will be used for the following purposes.
If a use purpose not included in the following purposes arises, we will use the information only after obtaining the individual's consent for that purpose in the case of direct acquisition, or after publicly announcing the purpose in the case of acquisition by other means.

To provide high-value-added services to customers who use MYSTAYS HOTEL services, as well as to carry out the communications and payment procedures necessary to carry out those services, we will share personal information under strict management and appropriate safety measures as follows:

1. Parties that jointly use personal information: MyStays MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP and Fortress Investment Group companies involved in the management and operation of MyStays Hotels (see here​ ​for the list).

2. Purpose of joint use: As stated above (Purpose of use of personal information). Please see here for Privacy policy of the GoTo Pass program.

3. Items of personal information to be jointly used: Customer name, membership number, telephone and fax numbers, nationality, passport number, address, email address, age, gender, date of birth, information regarding usage history of MYSTAYS HOTEL services, information regarding member points related to the GoTo Pass program and information necessary for the allocation, use and other management of those points, information provided by customers etc. in order to use MYSTAYS HOTEL services, and information provided to our reservation sites (including affiliated reservation sites).
